Our independent injection molding department is one of the core competitive strengths of our manufacturing system. It gives us complete control over key components (including helmet shells and numerous internal parts) from raw materials to finished products.

The department is equipped with multiple advanced all-electric and servo-hydraulic injection molding machines (with clamping force ranging from 80 tons to 600 tons), capable of meeting diverse production needs from small precision parts (such as vents, buckles, visor bases) to large and complex helmet shells.

We have a professional team for mold design, manufacturing, and maintenance (or work closely with top-tier long-term partner mold factories) to ensure mold precision, lifespan, and production stability. All incoming plastic pellets undergo strict batch inspection, including material composition analysis, melt index testing, color matching, etc., to ensure stable and reliable raw material performance and guarantee quality from the source.

During production, we implement full closed-loop process monitoring. Key parameters such as barrel temperature, mold temperature, injection pressure/speed/holding time, clamping force, and cooling time are automatically recorded and strictly controlled by equipment to ensure the stability and consistency of every product.

Every helmet shell we produce undergoes rigorous internal testing and ensures the final product meets or exceeds internationally recognized safety standards (such as ECE 22.06, DOT, SG, SNI, CNS, CCC, etc.).

All these efforts ultimately aim for one goal: to make safer, more comfortable, and more reliable helmets. Our focus and investment in plastic shell and parts injection manufacturing are the solid foundation for fulfilling this promise.

Key stations (such as EPS-shell bonding, visor system installation, strap system fixation) are equipped with Poka-Yoke (error-proofing) measures to physically prevent operational mistakes.
